About Cape Cod Tile Works

Cape Cod Tileworks was established in 1994 after Tom and Lane moved to the Cape from Westport Connecticut , where they had been the owners of Westport Tile and Design for 10 Years. Tom is a second generation installer with over 30 years experience. He is a long time writer for a number of different magazines such as Fine Homebuilding. Lane has a degree in design from Rhode Island School of Design, as well as one from Sophia in Japan. Lane is also a contributor to Fine Homebuilding Magazine as well as Journal of Light Construction. Tom and Lane have just finished their first book in the BUILD LIKE A PRO series called WORKING with TILE, which combines both design with installation techniques. They are supported by a full staff of wonderful employees who look forward to helping you pull together your project both visually and technically.
